1. Acceptance of terms

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date details when interacting with the service.
  • You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity carried out through your access credentials.

3. Service scope

SIGNUM, OOO provides digital access to financial-service workflows, including identity verification, request handling, transaction support, and repayment-related functionality. Any final approval, pricing, and contract structure are determined separately through scoring, internal review, and applicable legal requirements.

4. User conduct

  • Do not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass controls, reverse engineer systems, or gain unauthorized access.
  • Do not use the service in a way that violates the rights of other persons or entities.
  • Use the service only for lawful personal purposes connected with the intended financial product flow.

5. Product disclosures and repayment terms

Any figures displayed in the interface, including ranges, examples, fees, or APR values, are informational disclosures intended to help the user understand possible product conditions. Legally binding obligations arise only after the relevant agreement has been approved and accepted.

6. Privacy and data processing

Personal information is handled according to the current Privacy Policy published by SIGNUM, OOO. Use of the service indicates acknowledgement of those data-processing practices.

7. Third-party integrations

The service may rely on payment, verification, hosting, or other external providers. SIGNUM, OOO is not responsible for separate third-party policies, operations, or terms outside its direct control.

8. Intellectual property

Platform design, software, documents, visual materials, trademarks, and other service content belong to SIGNUM, OOO or are used under valid license. Users receive only a limited right to use the service for its intended lawful purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated if SIGNUM, OOO identifies a breach of these Terms, fraud indicators, security issues, misuse of the service, or another lawful ground requiring such action.

10. Disclaimers and liability limits

  • Continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, SIGNUM, OOO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected with platform use.

11. Governing law and updates

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to SIGNUM, OOO operations. The company may revise these Terms from time to time, and the updated version becomes effective once published through official service channels.
