  • Do not use the service in a way that violates the rights of other persons or entities.
  • Use the service only for lawful personal purposes connected with the intended financial product flow.

5. Product disclosures and repayment terms

Any figures displayed in the interface, including ranges, examples, fees, or APR values, are informational disclosures intended to help the user understand possible product conditions. Legally binding obligations arise only after the relevant agreement has been approved and accepted.

6. Privacy and data processing

Personal information is handled according to the current Privacy Policy published by OOO ,MUNGIS. Use of the service indicates acknowledgement of those data-processing practices.

7. Third-party integrations
