Identity verification and face data

  • Selfie images and documents uploaded as part of identity confirmation.
  • Verification outcomes showing whether the submitted image matches the identity data in the application.
Clarification Face data is collected only within the verification flow. It is not taken from unrelated device activity, background camera access, or third-party apps.

  • To detect fraud, prevent misuse, and maintain platform security.

Face data is used strictly for identity validation and anti-fraud controls tied to the loan application flow.

4. Sharing and disclosure

Personal data is not sold, rented, or traded. SIGNUM, OOO may disclose limited information only when necessary:

  • To vetted service providers supporting payments, verification, hosting, fraud prevention, or security monitoring under confidentiality obligations.

Face data is not shared for advertising or profiling purposes and may be disclosed only where legally required.

  • Face data is retained for 30 days from collection and then securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is mandated by law.
